Gmail style Orkut loading screen

Have you noticed this Gmail style loading screen on Orkut? I was trying to sign in to my orkut account from Internet Explorer (IE 6.0) and was greeted with this message. Interestingly it got stuck on this screen for a very long time and I didn’t have the patience to further put on with it. I then tried logging in using Firefox but again the same problem.

There is a workaround for this problem. I found out that the problem is with the Login screen. So just log in to some other Google service like Gmail, Google Docs, Google Page Creator etc. and once you are signed in just type in orkut in the address bar and hit Ctrl+Enter. You should be through.
